How do I check current availability?

How do I apply for an apartment?
View Available UnitsYou can complete our application through the online application button. Please have your contact information, rental history, employment or income information, and any other requested details ready before you begin.
Is there an application fee?
There is no fee to apply for an available unit. If you move foward in the application process, you will need to pay a $55 background screening fee online.
Can I pay rent online?
Pay RentYes. Residents can pay rent online through our secure payment portal. This makes it easy to submit payments conveniently from anywhere.
What information do I need to apply?
Most applications require basic contact details, rental history, employment or income information, references, and information regarding additional co-applicants or individuals who will be living in the unit.
Do you offer in-person showings?
Contact UsShowing availability may vary depending on unit status and scheduling. Please contact us directly to schedule a showing.
Are utilities included in rent?
Utilities are not included in the rent. In building #1, Linden Lane bills utilities directly to the tenant. In building #2, utilities are billed to Linden Lane Apartments, then split between tenants and passed on to the tenants from us.
